ASHITHA ARAVINDH, M.Sc, MBA, QBA. 

Ashitha is an internationally certified Behaviour Analyst with eight years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis(ABA). She has a post-graduation in Applied psychology from Pondicherry Central University. During her college days, she wanted to learn about consumerism  and psychology and hence she also earned an MBA in marketing management from Pondicherry University. When she did an internship in an ABA centre, she realised ABA was her true calling. She pursued her first ABA certification as a Registered behaviour technician( RBT) in 2017, later completed her certificate course in ABA from Saint Elizabeth University, New Jersey, Us, and received Qualified Behaviour Analyst (QBA) certification in the year of 2022. 

She had handled different roles starting from the direct instructor, team lead, and supervisor, and worked across different settings like ABA therapy centre, Montessori, and Inclusive Schools in Bangalore. She is the initiator of Aaira Behavior therapy services, Thrissur, Kerala. With vast training and experience in the field of ABA, she is currently conducting various training programs for parents, implementing and supervising ABA programs for families across the globe, through direct and online consultations.  

Functional language training and Early ABA interventions are her key areas of interest. 

 

Aishwarya Sawant, M.Sc, BCBA. 

Aishwarya Sawant is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and is the founder of Insight: Behaviour therapy services clinic in Thane, Mumbai. She has been working with families, professionals, and schools for the past 7 years. She received her specialisation in child psychology from the University of Greenwich, London (2017). She pursued Applied Behaviour Analysis from Florida Tech University (2020) and received her certification in behaviour analysis in 2021. 

Her areas of expertise include behaviour analysis, social communication skills, self-help skills, self-management skills, parent coaching and training, and consultations with multidisciplinary teams.
Throughout the ABA journey, she encourages the vision of giving the child his individuality and bringing a sense of pride in achieving simple yet meaningful goals for the family. Her
